I wish I can give 0 star, cancelled my appointment within time to get full refund. Complaint about refund. No reply from them. I contact saloon they ask to call treatwell for refund. Pls dont book with them.

Absolutely nothing but problems with…
Absolutely nothing but problems with the system. Charged me twice for emails and refusing to give me my money back even though iv provided invoices and bank statements. Customer service refusing to a knowledgeable my messages cutting the chat off. Whole service has been shocking

I would give 0 stars if I could
I would give 0 stars if I could. terrible service, no one answers the phone, and 2 weeks to reply to emails. They don't let you optimize your shop, I would avoid them at all costs. better use Fresha, much cheaper and you can optimize everything, I will tell all my clients to use Fresha in order to book, Treatwell doesn't deserve us.

Overall positive experience
I had an issue after booking the wrong venue via a paid ad posted by Treatwell, and initially left a negative review on Trustpilot because my attempts to contact Treatwell via their website were met with automated emails, and I was only contacted directly by Treatwell once I’d left a negative review publicly, which I found quite annoying. But once the issue was highlighted it was escalated within the business and quickly rectified. Treatwell followed up with me to explain what had happened and issued me with a refund as a goodwill gesture. It was challenging to get through to customer services initially, but since then I have been impressed by the friendly and constructive attitude of the person I spoke to and the positive intent and values behind the business in providing an honest and effective service.

DO NOT TRUST THEM
I don’t know where to start but I feel like this is the the worst investment that I’ve made.. and they cheated me in everything that was promised .. and they don’t care!
I joined then In ~April 2022 , just when they launch Treatwell pro , and now it’s June.
I am so so tired , the agents missing arranged appointments, many times I spoke with the agents and they never came back, all were saying we’re just getting training for the new software now…
1. I cannot call the treatments as I want ( and the choise it’s very limited ) like even the patch test service is not available
2. Reviews doesn’t work .. ( so how do I build my profile tp get clients ) because I am not even visible to them .
3. They say that my one years membership started in March when agents were missing the training appointments and I had to chase them to put me on the marketplace…
3. I feel like I was cheated by them . Because they were promoting as an old Treatwell version but it’s completely different
4. Discount didn’t work
And so so many other things!
NOTHING IS WORKING!
And they say I paid for the software not for these things !
While I can use fresha and all similar softwares for free!!!

Tedi great results
Tedi was my hairdresser today as it’s the first visit to this salon. Always nervous about a new hairdresser but was soon put at ease. Tedi listened to what I wanted and once washed talked me through what she would be doing. Finished result perfect

It is a shame as Treatwell used to be…
It is a shame as Treatwell used to be great!
But they collect money on a businesses behalf but can’t deal with disputes between a customer and business. Therefore as a customer like myself, you are better off going straight to the salon. Forget Treatwell. You don’t save much anymore anyway. Often you are paying the same price. Like Treatwell says the salon is providing the services so any issue is to be dealt with them directly. So may aswell book directly with the salon.

Tried contacting multiple times to get…
Tried contacting multiple times to get a refund due to the venue being closed upon arrival to my appointment. This meant the appointment never happened.

I've been a regular customer for years and I've never had such difficulty getting hold of Treatwell.

I just want my money back for an appointment that couldn't take place. It was expensive so would like the money back and I haven't had any contact from them to issue this. Very disappointing.

TRASH App. Not worth it.
I booked a manicure and pedicure for a 10 AM appt. (the salon's first appt of the day) I went to the salon and waited 20 minutes and no one came to open the salon. I called the salon, they claimed that they were running behind and wouldn't be to the salon open for another 40 minutes. I couldn't wait and canceled the appt. The salon gave me a refund. Because I needed the appt, I kept checking all over to find a salon that I could get my nails done quickly. I found a place that said "last minute appointment". I was relieved and booked it immediately. As soon as I booked it, the app showed that the appointment was actually for the next day (hardly 'last minute') so I quickly canceled it. Treatwell denied my refund and told me I'd have to beg the salon to give me my money back and if they said no, too bad. I will never use Treatwell again. Absolute trash.

** what an awful response. If you have no authority you shouldn't be collecting money on their behalf. Again, TRASH APP. DO NOT USE!
